Non-metallic Aramid Fiber Reinforced Core
Technical Characteristics of KFRP Non-metallic Reinforced Core
1. Light weight and high strength: aramid fiber reinforced optical cable is of low density and high strength, the intensity is much higher and the modulus far more than the steel wire or glass fiber reinforced core;
2. Low expansion: aramid fiber reinforced optical cable reinforcement core in a wide temperature range, linear expansion coefficient is smaller than steel wire and glass fiber reinforced core;
3. Impact-resistant and fracture-resistant: Aramid fiber reinforced core not only has ultra-high tensile strength (> 1600Mpa), but also it is impact-resistant and fracture-resistant, it is able to maintain the tensile strength of about 1300Mpa in the condition of breakage:
4. Good flexibility: the aramid fiber reinforced core is gentle and easy to bend, and its minimum bending diameter is only 10 times the diameter:
5. Make the indoor optical cable structure compact and beautiful: excellent bending performance, especially suitable for wiring in complex indoor environment.
Product specifications: 0.5~0.58mm diameter
Product length: delivery length> 25km or customized according to customer requirements
